Are you an experienced Care Assistant or similar, looking to provide a range of long and short day sits to cover the breaks of our Live-in-carers
You will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care to individuals with various complex and chronic conditions.
Network Healthcare is a nationwide home care provider with specialist departments for live-in care, complex care as well as learning disabilities support.

This role would suit a confident Care Assistant, looking for a specialist role delivering care for a range of clients with chronic or long-term health conditions
THE ROLE:
* Long and short day sits (2-9 hours)
* Assist with personal care, support with food and fluid, light domestic duties, and mobility
* Medication Support

* Experienced Care Assistant

* Full Driving License & own vehicle required
