SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT ACCOUNT HANDLER

*Up to £35,000 depending on experience
*Full-time hours

A SNAPSHOT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS DAY
*Responsibility for the retention of your client portfolio
*Building and enhancing both external and internal relationships
*Building relationships and facilitating and converting unprompted enquiries
*Negotiating mid-term and renewal terms
*Growing the team’s existing business income through retention
*Ensuring client data security and privacy is maintained at all times

*Experience of exceptional customer service and client management
*Able to effectively service customers using expert product knowledge
*Adapts well to change and picks up new systems quickly
*Suggests ways of improving existing work processes

*Preferably degree qualified, although this is not a pre-requisite for an experienced insurance professional
*Not essential but beneficial - CII qualification or progression towards qualification
