Our client a great leader and in growth of the world of training and compliance are looking for an Operations Lead. This is a great new position as part of their success.
This role will suit a candidate with a strong opertions background, who is great with innovation and growth.
This newly developed role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is excited by growth and succeeding who can bring in new ideas and make it their own.
The successful candidate willl work very closely with the Managing Director, who is looking to leand and grow their career in other areas in the organisation our client specialising in training for large organisations in various industries.
The role will be Operations Lead but this team is looking to increase to eventually Operations Management.
The role
*Monthly reporting to the Managing Director on operational achievements.
*Nurture of existing patterns and increaseturnover form those partners.
*Deliver the completed operational CRM module.
*Offer solutions to challenges that arrive with the capacity to make the role their own.
*Improve the process and drive continuous improvement within the the operation function.
