Job Title: UK Course Administrator
Department: UK Admin
Location: Glasgow Office
Working Arrangement: Full-time, based in our Glasgow Office with 2 days from home aftre training period
Job Overview: We are seeking a UK Course Administrator to manage the booking and logistics for our UK-based courses and events. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, liaising with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities: *Administer bookings for open and company-specific courses, updating records in our internal systems.
*Generate and analyze reports related to course performance.
*Handle client inquiries regarding courses and events in a timely and professional manner.
*Coordinate venue bookings and source new locations as needed.
*Maintain accurate filing of course-related correspondence and client data.
*Assist consultants with administrative tasks when required.
*Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful course delivery.
Required Skills: *Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
*Experience with Pardot, SharePoint, and bespoke CRM systems.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
