Role: eRostering Systems Support - Fixed Term Contract 12 months
Location: Northampton
Career Level A
Salary: From £24,000 per year plus benefits

The Role
The Systems support role forms part of the HR Systems Team and is responsible for administrating and maintaining quality data for the Charities key critical eRostering system Allocate, which include modules: HealthRoster, Bank Staff, Safecare and Loop.
The role provides first line high quality operational, support and advice, promoting best practice across clinical and non-clinical areas to both Managers and staff. Additionally delivering training to all levels across the Charity ensuring correct administration activities are followed, supporting improved roster performance, roster quality and payroll accuracy, using a business partnering approach.
Your profile
Essential:
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
*Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
*Excellent customer service with emphasis on service delivery
*Ability to manage time effectively, prioritising work to meet competing demands/deadlines and making adjustments when required.
*Ability to multi-task
*Experience working both as part of a team and use own initiative
*Minimum of 1 year experience in a system led department
*Minimum of 1 year experience supporting and administrating key HR system
*Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Desirable:
*Knowledge of key HR Systems and system integration
*Process knowledge of the HR Systems that support all areas of HR and the wider business landscape
*Experience in delivering system training
*Solution Focused/excellent problem solving skills
