The Role
As a Technical Product Owner, you will take accountability for representing customer requirements and managing the delivery of value-led, robust, scalable solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, delivering enhancements to the MedOptimise platform, which is underpinned by extensive datasets providing meaningful insights to improve healthcare outcomes.
Additionally, you will:
- Develop and test product concepts to ensure a cohesive and useful user experience
- Implement and validate customer requirements using Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics platforms
- Provide training and support to end-users on solution features and functionality
- Stay updated on NHS-related datasets and Zoho platform best practices
- Collaborate with Market Managers and Product Owners to align product strategies and maximise customer value
About You
To be considered as a Technical Product Owner, you will need:
- Experience managing data imports using various languages and techniques
- Experience developing custom views, forms, and data visualisation dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
