Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full time, hybrid
This is an exciting opportunity for Senior Conveyancer to join a well-established, licensed practice based in the heart of Leeds city centre. You will manage a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions through to completion and be supported by Conveyancing Assistants. Your duties will include:
*Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties
*Title checking and dealing with enquiries on a sale
*Mentoring junior members of the team where required
*Liaising with clients to agree exchange and completion dates
*Carry out AML & SOF checks
