Customer Support Advisor - Tunbridge Wells - £26,000 + yearly bonus!

The ability to remain calm under pressure and think creatively when tackling challenging situations is crucial. You will be handling customer inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and acknowledged, processing orders, monitoring deliveries, and addressing delivery issues. You’ll also collaborate with the Sales and Warehouse teams to provide a flawless and excellent customer experience.
About you:
*You will have 1-2 years of customer service experience in an office setting.
*Energetic, proactive, and quick to adapt.
*You possess strong communication skills and can easily make others feel at ease and appreciated.
*Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and you have a strong desire to develop and grow.
