Customer Service Administrator
*Job Type: Permanent
*Location: Upminster
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm 
*Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
We are currently looking for a proactive and efficient Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive support to our sales department. The ideal candidate will be someone who can effectively manage multiple administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide administrative support to the sales department to ensure smooth operations.
*Produce accurate quotations for clients.
*Create and manage invoices
*Liaise with customers to promptly address sales orders and queries.
*Communicate with engineers to source products effectively.
*Dispatch orders and perform general ad hoc office duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a sales administration role or similar.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
