They are looking to add a driven and experienced Credit Controller on a part-time basis.

You will be expected to work up to 25 hours per week within three business days, the regular working hours being 8:30-17:00, with a 30-minute lunch.
Salary works out to be £12.50 - £14.50 per hour, pro rata down to part-time hours/days, dependent on experience.

Your new role
As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts. Your responsibilities will include:
*Chasing overdue payments from clients.
*Posting receipts and processing expenses.
*Reconciling purchase invoices and statements.
*Managing both the purchase and sales ledgers.
*Liaising with sites to answer queries and gather information.
*Communicating effectively with suppliers and customers, both verbally and in writing.
*Supporting the wider finance team with general administrative tasks.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage 200/50, Xero etc).
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*At least one year of experience in a similar role or within a finance team.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
