Job Description:
Sales Administrator *Location: Tewkesbury, UK
*Job Type: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week over 4-5 days, specific hours and days to be discussed at interview)

My client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial for managing sales orders and customer interactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Day-to-day of the role: *Process sales orders using the company ERP system.
*Input sales orders as coded by others and check the accuracy of sales orders against sales quotations.
*Ensure deliveries have been confirmed by warehousing and send draft copies of order acknowledgements for checking.
*Release sales orders to warehousing and send order acknowledgements to customers.
*Liaise with internal sales regarding any changes to sales orders.
*Process Goods Returns using the company’s bespoke system, create necessary paperwork, and liaise with the service department and warehouse.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Experience in a similar Sales Administrator role is beneficial.
*Pleasant and outgoing personality, able to effectively communicate with all internal team members.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn the ERP system.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
