Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Diagnostic Technician to join our clients dealership in Watford.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a premium automotive brand, delivering outstanding service and expertise to valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to high standards
*Communicate with Service Reception and Workshop Control
*Provide technical advice to customers when needed
*Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and training
*Deliver excellent customer service to foster loyalty and referrals
*Maintain a clean workspace and accurate documentation
Requirements:
*Full UK Driving Licence
*NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
*Previous experience in the motor industry is essential
