Job Summary:
The Senior Management Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by managing financial records, assisting with budgeting and forecasting. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Provide support in financial analysis and decision-making processes.
- Mentor and train junior finance staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- ACCA or qualification of a similar level or higher in a related field. AAT Level 4 at a minimum
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Previous Experience in dealing with Invoice finance is a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel and google drive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
