Role: Aspiring Social Worker Location: Burgess Hill
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only
Responsibilities: *Support children with special educational needs in their learning and development.
*Work with teachers and staff to create individualised support plans.
*Provide emotional guidance and help manage behaviour positively.
About You: *You’re an aspiring social worker passionate about helping children with SEN.
*You have great communication, empathy, and patience.
*You’re ready to work as part of a team to create a nurturing environment for children.
