Job Description:
Customer Insights Manager
Up to £70,000
Stockport (Hybrid)
Harnham are partnering with a leading financial services business currently hiring for a Customer Insights Manager to help build out a brand new function within the business, with the overall aim of turning measurement of CX into a science.
The Role:
As a Customer Insights Manager, you will be:
*Involved in research that provides insights and analysis to the wider business and supporting optimisation of customer journeys.
*Analysing quantitative and qualitative data across Speech Analytics and VoC for customers.
*Highlighting key customer pain points and developing reports and tracking to ensure groupwide actions to resolve them.
*Define CV principles to support the development of customer experiences.
*Lead and recruit a team of CX professionals.
Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience in delivering CX improvement initiatives.
*Mixed methods research experience.
*Experience managing change.
*Managing/mentoring teams.
