Job Summary
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities
*Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
*Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
*Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
*Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
*Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
*Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
*Update and maintain office records and databases.
*Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information.
*Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
*High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
*Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
*Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
*Professional appearance and demeanor.
