Job Description:
HR Administrator
Hoop PS&HR are proud to be working with an incredible not-for-profit organisation based in Cardiff City Centre. Our client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their incredible team part time on a permanent basis. This position is suitable for someone who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge further within Human Resources.
This is a hybrid position that is perfect for someone who is looking for a casual role. This position is 18 hours a week over 3 days, based in Cardiff/hybrid. It comes with a salary of £11,852 pro rata (FTE: £23,500).
Responsibilities:
*First point of contact for the team, manage the HR inbox and support any queries.
*Support recruitment by posting job openings on all recruitment portals internally and externally.
*General administration of recruitment, shortlisting candidates, schedule interviews, and liaise with members of the team.
*Maintaining HR documents, ensuring compliance and GPDR.
*Update systems for payroll, starters, leavers, and promotions.
*Support the onboarding process including DBS, Right to Work, and References.
*Monitor probation review dates, including extensions.
*Assist in coordinating performance reviews.
*Schedule training sessions for employees.
*Support the new starter introduction.
Key requirements:
*Previous experience in HR Administration.
*Strong IT skills
*Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Experience with GPDR
*Strong communication skills
