Job Description:
Page Personnel is supporting a Southampton based employment services business with their recruitment of a Finance Administrator to join their accountancy team on an ongoing temp to perm basis. The role works within a team of 8 and reports to the Finance Manager. This position is ideal for someone who has strong admin skills ideally within a finance setting or is mathematically minded.
Client Details
Our client based in central Southampton has gone through a tremendous period of growth and is adding to their team. You will be required to go into the office for training and then will need to go to the office 1-2 times per month. The offices are located to close by public transport links.
Description
As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
*Inputting and processing financial information into the data base
*Completing some financial calculations
*Using Excel to generate reports
*Dealing with queries
*Managing the inbox
*Liaising closely with other departments to share financial information
Profile
In order to be considered for the Finance Administrator role, you must:
*Have ideally worked in an admin role before
*Be mathematically minded
*Be able to start work at the end of Nov/start of Dec
*Be able to multi-task
*Be able to clearly communicate - written and verbal
*Have strong attention to detail
