Skills Coach/Learning Mentor- AAT - Fully Remote

We are currently recruiting for a highly professional and ambitious training provider. As a result of our growth, we are seeking an experienced AAT Assessor/Skills Coach. This training provider has an excellent reputation and has recently been rated as "Good" by Ofsted.
As a qualified and experienced Skills Coach/Apprenticeship Assessor, you can expect:

As part of your role as a Skills Coach/Trainer in Accountancy, you will work remotely from home with a cohort of up to 40 learners from various organisations on a one-to-one basis, helping them develop their accountancy knowledge and skills. You will coach and mentor them to demonstrate competence against the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours before preparing them for their end-point assessment.
Summary of Duties for the AAT Assessor/Skills Coach will include:
• Coaching learners through the Accounting Apprenticeship programme remotely using various platforms, including Microsoft Teams
• Supporting learners through the skills, knowledge, and behaviours of the AAT Apprenticeships up to Level 4 Diploma standard
• Providing information and guidance
• Working towards specific quality and completion targets
• Assisting with the enrolment of learners
• Organising and maintaining documentation on learners’ progress
• Embedding Functional Skills within each session
• Maintaining appropriate tracking systems and procedures relating to quality, compliance, management, and assessment for the AAT Programme
• Guiding learners to the End Point Assessment
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required for an AAT Assessor/Skills Coach:
• Ideally, you will be Assessor qualified (A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32/D33 would be advantageous); however, the client will support the successful candidate in obtaining the Assessor Award
• Accountancy qualifications (e.g. AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Vocational competence within an accountancy environment, ideally in a management capacity
• Experience assessing full apprenticeship standards
