HR Business Partner
Location: London
Job Purpose: Drive growth through HR strategy, supporting business and HR projects, and providing comprehensive HR support to management. This operational role involves frequent site visits to academies and a high volume of case work.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide HR leadership, advice, and support to academies to enhance staff engagement and workforce efficiency.
*Influence strategic direction by analyzing workforce data and developing HR initiatives.
*Coach and mentor senior leaders on people management practices.
*Advise on complex employee relations cases and manage an HR advisor.
*Handle employment tribunal cases and negotiate settlement agreements.
*Guide academies through organizational change processes.
*Lead TUPE transfer projects ensuring legal compliance.
*Design and deliver HR training sessions.
*Develop organizational development solutions to maximize staff engagement and wellbeing.
*Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
*Contribute to HR policy formulation and implementation.
*Assist managers with job evaluation processes.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in HR leadership and employee relations.
*Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and case work efficiently.
*Willingness to travel frequently to various academies.
