Key Responsibilities:
*Classroom Support: Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons, supporting students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning and understanding.
*Individualized Support: Provide tailored support to students with additional needs, ensuring they can fully participate and progress in their studies.
*Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting good behaviour and engagement among students.
*Resource Preparation: Assist with the preparation and organization of learning materials to support lesson delivery.
*Adaptability: Be willing to support in various year groups and subjects, adjusting to the unique needs of each class.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
*Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are advantageous.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
*Adaptable and reliable, with the flexibility to work in different schools and adapt to varying classroom environments.
*Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to student welfare.
