Job Description:
Page Personnel are exclusively recruiting for an experienced Payroll Manager on behalf of a well-established, global organisation.
This role will operate from their head office site in Didsbury, Manchester and the successful applicant will play a key role in managing and processing payroll functions.

Description
The key responsibilities of a Payroll Manager will include:
*Managing the payroll function across 4 countries.
*Processing payroll ensuring that employee salaries, benefits, overtime, and deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
*Maintaining employee records and ensure financial confidentiality
*Generating reports: Create and share reports on payroll activity, especially for new hires and terminations
*Complying with regulations: Ensure that payroll practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as working hours and minimum wage
*Resolve payroll errors
*Pension management: ensuring the accuracy of pension deductions and payment reconciliations
*Monitor promotions, transfers, and terminations.
*Completing all payroll journal entries at the end of each payroll period.
Profile
The Successful Payroll Manager should have:
* Strong experience working as an In-house Payroll Manager
*Implementation and process improvement knowledge
* Extensive knowledge of payroll software and MS Office
*Previous background in an accounts-based role (Desirable)
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
* Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Job Offer
*Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 can be slightly negotiable based on experience
*10% annual bonus
*Hybrid working split 3 days in office, 2 days a week WFH
