Job Description:
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a reputable Legal 500 law firm in Taunton seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a pivotal member of the conveyancing team, you will collaborate closely with our Conveyancers to ensure seamless housing transactions for valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
*Assist in the drafting of necessary legal documents and correspondence.
*Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
*Handle initial matter set-up procedures, including confirmation of instruction letters and updating client records.
*Conduct due diligence and comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations as needed.
*Manage and respond to routine client enquiries efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
*Minimum 12 months of experience in a reputable conveyancing department.
*Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
