Contentious Probate Solicitor – Gloucestershire Law firm
A well-established Gloucestershire-based law firm is looking to hire a private client solicitor with at least 3 years’ post qualification to manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters.
The Role: 
*Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
*Disputes over will validity, testator capacity and estate administration
*Advising on trust formation, administration and taxation
*Providing specialist advice for elderly clients
Your Experience:
*3+ years PQE, ideally with STEP or SFE qualifications
*Proven experience with contested wills, inheritance claims
*Strong knowledge of inheritance, CGT, and income tax in estate planning
*Competence in estate administration, deeds of variation and LPA preparation
