Key Responsibilities:
*Working closely with clients to draft, file and prosecute patent applications in the field of chemistry
*Conducting patent searches and analysing patentability of new inventions
*Providing strategic IP advice tailored to each client’s needs
*Supporting senior attorneys with complex cases, including litigation matters
Requirements:
*Part qualification as a patent attorney, with a background in chemistry
*Experience in patent drafting, prosecution and client interaction
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
