About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 2:15pm to 8pm
Hours Per Week: 23
Key responsibilities:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages
*Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
*Keeping the bar area clean and organised, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and in good working order
*Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available
*Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
*Ensuring that all drinks meet the company’s quality standards and are presented attractively
*Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards
*Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
What are we looking for?
*Previous experience in a similar role is required
*Hold relevant qualifications, have knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety is a must
*Demonstrate high standards and be well organised
*Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills are essential
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
*Must have the Right to Work in the UK
*Ability to handle different situations and find practical solutions
*Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
*Good time-management and organisational abilities
*While not always mandatory, having a food hygiene certificate (Level 2) is advantageous
