An award-winning, chartered independent wealth planning firm located near Leatherhead is seeking a Graduate Financial Administrator to join their team. This firm offers comprehensive, whole-of-market financial advice to high-net-worth (HNW) retirees, accumulators, local families, and small-to-medium business owners across Sussex, Kent, and London. Managing assets for 250 families with portfolios ranging from £600k to £8m, they provide expert counsel on pensions, investments, tax planning, cash flow modelling, retirement strategies, protections, and specialized options like VCT & EIS schemes. The firm has built strong relationships with its clients over the last 20 years.

The support team, consisting of skilled Administrators and Paraplanners, is encouraged to continually grow through CPD and industry exams. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a relevant degree and a genuine interest in wealth management and financial planning. Experience from internships or placements is a plus. The role offers full training, support, and the opportunity to study towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
