FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We’re recruiting for an Apprenticeship Delivery Manager for one of our Ofsted grade 1 rated clients.
Position: Apprenticeship Delivery Manager
Location: Hybrid, with occasional travel across Kent & Sussex
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Operations Manager to lead and manage our clients Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes. In this role, you will ensure a highly effective experience for learners, guiding them along individualized pathways to maximize their potential and achieve timely success.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the performance management of your team to meet contractual targets and objectives related to success rates, non-starters, referrals, and progressions.
*Recruit, manage, and support a team of Apprenticeship Tutors across various sectors.
*Set and monitor monthly KPIs to ensure the timely completion of all elements of the apprenticeship programme, including functional skills and additional learning support.
*Facilitate continuous staff training to maintain consistent processes and practices in line with funding and regulatory requirements.
*Conduct monthly one-on-one appraisals and coaching sessions with Apprenticeship Tutors, contributing to their personal development plans and the Quality Improvement Plan.
*Address underperformance and implement corrective measures.
*Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and learner recruitment.
*Work closely with Performance Managers, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Administration teams to ensure a cohesive learner experience from application to completion.
*Conduct regular observations of teaching and learning in the field and monitor functional skills delivery for continuous learner development.
*Ensure programme performance aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs).
About You:
*Proven experience in driving quality learning and achieving learner start and completion targets.
*Strong knowledge of Apprenticeships and relevant funding streams.
*Recent experience in a similar Operations/Performance Manager role, managing a team of Assessors delivering on the New Standards.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*Proficient in IT and comfortable working with e-portfolios and various software platforms.
*Confident in building professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
*Familiarity with Ofsted requirements.
*Solid occupational experience within an educational or training environment, particularly in early years or teaching.
