PRODUCT MANAGER - LONDON

THE COMPANY
I am supporting a global bank on 3x Product Management positions. You will focus on a new and innovative business line, working across embedded finance/lending.
THE ROLE
The successful Product Manager responsibilities will include:
*Lead the ideation, development, and execution of new product propositions focused on embedded lending
*Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, creating a seamless journey that integrates financial products into their banking portfolio
*Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine customer notifications, ensuring clear, engaging, and effective communication around new products
*Analyse and optimise customer touchpoints, enhancing interaction and engagement with new product launches
*Leverage data to inform and drive product decisions, tailoring propositions to meet market demands and user expectations
*Track and report on product performance, iterating on insights to improve product offerings continuously
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Product Manager will have the following skills and experience:
*Proven experience in product management within a banking or financial services environment
*Strong background in embedded lending solutions and an understanding of how to integrate these within broader banking propositions
*Demonstrated success in developing product propositions from ideation to launch, with a focus on customer-centric solutions
THE BENEFITS
