Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Acute Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have critical care experience and a strong background in working with adults in various acute settings.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assess, diagnose, and treat patients’ nutritional needs in acute care settings.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
*Provide nutrition education and support to patients and their families.
*Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
*Stay updated on best practices and current research in dietetics.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Recognized degree in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
*HCPC registration as a Dietitian.
*Previous experience in critical care and working with adult patients.
