Key Responsibilities:
*???�? Support students with behaviour management, emotional regulation, and building self-confidence.
*�? Work closely with teachers and support staff to create strategies for students who may face behavioural challenges.
*?? Offer one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, helping students develop coping strategies and positive social skills.
*?? Build trusting relationships with students, providing a safe space to discuss and work through challenges.
*?? Assist in the classroom, supporting engagement and encouraging positive behaviour.
*�? Keep accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to teachers, support staff, and families.
What We’re Looking For:
*�? Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, is highly desirable.
*�? Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy, with a positive approach to helping students succeed.
*?? Ability to manage challenging behaviours constructively and maintain a calm, supportive environment.
*?? Collaborative attitude, with a commitment to working as part of a dedicated team.
*�? A genuine passion for making a difference in students’ lives.
