Job Description:
Having worked closely with this highly successful Chartered Wealth Management firm for nearly 4 years, we have seen them growth organically year on year. They have an excellent reputation within the local marketplace, servicing a wide range of clients from Owner Managers of SME businesses, City Professionals, accumulators, and those at and post-retirement. As a number of these clients are HNW with £2m plus of investable assets, they offer more complex tax efficient investment advice and focus heavily on intergenerational issues, covering will, trusts and estate planning.
They are now looking for a Paraplanner that wants a structured career path to becoming an Adviser, as one of their senior Advisers will be retiring in a couple of years. They want the successful applicant to work closely with them, attending client meetings and building a relationship with their clients, so they can be handed over when they retire.
Our client is looking for a confident and outgoing Paraplanner that is genuinely client centric and wants a role that offers longevity and career progression. Due to the nature of some of the clients, you will be providing technical Paraplanning support, taking an active part in the recommendation process, post the initial client meeting and over time leading the annual reviews, when you feel confident enough to take this on.
You will need to be at least level 4 diploma qualified with 2 years of practical Paraplanning experience, to be eligible for this role. Our client can offer a truly supportive and friendly working environment, where the owners of the business value both its staff and clients in equal measures. The role has the added benefit of full study support to enable you to obtain your chartered status if you wish to do so. Along with a clear career path, competitive benefits, and bonus and the flexibility to be part home, part office based once you are up to speed with their systems and processes.
If you wish to apply, please contact Laura at Financial Divisions
