What will you do? 
Run your own caseload to include:
*Company, shareholder, partnership, and commercial contract disputes (and possibly data protection & intellectual property disputes)
*Potential to advise on insolvency + other matters as & when they arise
*Inherit a caseload and build upon it
*You will be involved in business development and encouraged to engage with your own/new clients as well as established clients of the firm – with full assistance from the in-house marketing team of course
What do you need? 
*To be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years PQE
*General Commercial Litigation experience
*Any niche/specialisms will be welcomed and encouraged to explore further
