Job Description:
SSAS Portfolio Training and Culture Development Manager
*Location: Leicester, Salisbury, Bolton, or Wimbledon
*Job Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
*Salary: up to £50k
Reed Financial Services are seeking a SSAS Portfolio Training and Culture Development Manager to join a partnering team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive SSAS portfolio training and fostering a culture that is supported by our core values of Professionalism, Excellence, Empathy, and Respect (PEER). The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting a growth mindset and ensuring continuous improvement and development across the teams.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide end-to-end SSAS portfolio training, from inception to completion.
*Cultivate a workplace culture that aligns with our values of Professionalism, Excellence, Empathy, and Respect.
*Encourage continuous learning and development within the team, promoting a growth mindset.
*Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge by attending conferences and engaging with relevant materials.
*Ensure all training materials are current and adhere to industry regulations.
*Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to SSAS portfolio management.
*Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines as outlined in the Health & Safety Management System document.
*Model and promote behaviours that reflect our Company Values ’PEER’.
*Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Extensive experience in the Self-Administered Pensions arena, particularly with SSAS.
*Deep understanding of the cradle to grave administration process for SSAS.
*Proven track record of creating and sustaining a positive team culture aligned with organisational values.
*Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in training and development contexts.
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
*Experience in presenting to industry professionals, working within set budgets, and meeting face-to-face with clients to understand and address their needs.
*Experience in developing and running training seminars and workshops.
