Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with Estimates and Maintenance Works
*Sending estimates, following and liaising with customer
*Scheduling accepted work and ordering equipment
*Send maintenance reminders and renewal invoices
*Schedule maintenance and new client surveys
Administration and Office Management
*Perform scanning, post, and general administration tasks
*Answer all incoming enquiries and meet and greet visitors.
*Manage office supplies and maintain office tidiness
*Prepare for training days
*Support departments as needed
Ideal Candidate:
*Prior administration experience
*Strong ability to connect with customers and nurture relationships
*Confident communication skills
*Organised and accurate
