Fraud Strategy Manager
£75,000 Salary
London (Hybrid working - 1-2 days a month in office)
Harnham are working with a large, global bank to bring in a new Fraud Strategy Manager. Apply for the chance to join a growing and hugely successful bank, working within a small team, and having ownership over the bank’s fraud detection policies.
The Role
*Developing, maintaining, and optimising payment fraud strategies across the bank
*Deploying fraud prevention tools and tactical changes in conjunction with IT and Operations teams
*Updating rules and monitoring/enhancing fraud systems using Falcon
*Also looking at wider strategy, which could involve investigating new vendors that could be good assets for the business
Your Skills and Experience
*Card or transactional fraud experience is required
*Banking experience is a preference
*Proficiency in SQL is required - Python is desirable
*Numerical degree is a preference
The Benefits:
*Salary up to £75,000
*Almost remote working policy (1-2 days a month in office)
*Company and individual performance based Bonus scheme - up to 20%
*25 Days holiday entitlement
