Account Manager | Essex | £40,000 - £45,000 + comms

The Business:
A dynamic, innovative and growing drainage and plumbing organisations operating across the facilities, drainage, plumbing & construction industries. Working with large corporate organisations and on commercial B2B projects & contracts, planned maintenance and reactive work.
With 80+ in the business and after another successful year, the business is growing in a number of key areas, account management being one of them. The business focuses the majority of its business around the outskirts of London, within circa 100 miles.
With clear direction and a clear vision of what they what achieve, this business has a strong foundation to build on. With dedicated, motivated and driven personnel throughout the business, you’ll be joining a thriving business hungry to achieve more.
The Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be working closely with both the sales team and operation to understand how clients like to operate, building strong relationships and forging new relationships with potential clients.
You’ll have opportunities to networking, attend events and visit potential new sites and projects, where you’ll be asked to gather key details whereby others within the team will then provide a proposal from you’re findings.
As part of the role, you’ll be working from the office, however, site visits and client visits are the norm for this position.
If you’re energetic, a clear communicator and commercial and have the industry knowledge, this would be a great role for an Account Manager looking to grow within a business or a Surveyor looking to move more client side.
This is an office-based role with regular travel to meet clients and strike up those, with HQ in Essex you must be willing to be in the office 5 days a week.
However, some days will be onsite, meeting clients, with the potential to work from home.
With an attractive commission structure along with the basic, this position has a very high earning potential for a successful applicant.
If you’ve got experience within drainage, plumbing or have worked with FM or Construction clients, know how to build relationships contracts within those industries, then we want to speak to you!
