ICT SEN Teacher *Location: Oxted
*Salary: Pay to scale, from M1 to UPS3 depending on experience
*Job Type: Full-time
*Start Date: January
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ICT SEN Teacher to join our team at a renowned speech and language school. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality ICT education to students with special educational needs aged 7-19. This role requires a teacher who is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Day-to-day of the role: *Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ICT lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
*Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
*Develop and implement IEPs for students.
*Stay updated with the latest developments in ICT and SEN education.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *QTS or equivalent.
*Experience teaching ICT, preferably within an SEN setting.
*Strong understanding of SEN and inclusive teaching practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students.
