Job Advertisement: SEN Teaching Assistant (Emotional and Behavioural Support) About Us: We are a caring and inclusive school dedicated to supporting students with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). We seek an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support to students facing these challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with emotional and behavioural needs.
*Implement behaviour management strategies in line with individual education plans.
*Work closely with teachers and SENCo to create a positive and structured learning environment.
*Support students in developing social and emotional skills.
*Maintain clear communication with staff, parents, and external professionals.
Requirements:
*Experience working with students with EBD in an educational setting.
*Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and emotional support strategies.
*Relevant qualifications in SEN support or behavioural management.
*Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
