Are you passionate about creating safe work environments and empowering others with your expertise? Pertemps are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Health and Safety Trainer to join our client’s Plymouth team.
If you’re ready to bring your knowledge to a mix of office-based consultancy and on-site inspections across the Southwest, this could be your ideal role!
What You’ll Do: You’ll be instrumental in providing top-notch safety consultancy services, assisting clients with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Construction Phase Plans (CPPs), and comprehensive Health and Safety policies and Training. You’ll work both behind the scenes and on-site, ensuring compliance, conducting inspections, and delivering safety training programs. Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct safety consultancy activities like RAMS, CPPs, and developing Health and Safety Policies.
*Perform on-site inspections across the Southwest.

*Lead training sessions at their centers and client locations.
Requirements to Succeed:
*Essential: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent Level 3), at least 2 years in the construction industry, and a full driving license.
*Beneficial Qualifications: Level 3 Education and Training Award, CITB Registered Trainer, UKATA Registered Trainer, First Aid/Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Assessor Qualification, Internal Auditor experience.
Salary ranging from £30,000-£45,000 depending on experience.
