Job Description:
Role: ICT Teacher
Location: Cheshunt
Start Date: January 2025
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 - £45,000
REED are currently working with a secondary school based around the Cheshunt area, supporting them recruit a full time ICT teacher to start from January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging ICT lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the ICT curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Applications welcomed from ECT’s.
• Degree in ICT or a related field.
• Experience teaching ICT at the secondary level, preferably in a UK school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for ICT education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
