Contracts Administrator
Location: Chatham
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical based in Chatham are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare, edit, and review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity
*Maintain organised records of all contract documents, amendments, and correspondence
*Work with relevant departments to gather approvals and ensure timely contract execution.
*Track contract timelines, renewal dates, and notify relevant parties in advance
*Verify that contracts meet regulatory, company, and legal requirements.
*Assist in negotiating terms and conditions to align with company policies and goals
Qualifications:
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*Positive attitude and a team player mentality
