Help Desk Operator Opportunity!
We’re seeking a talented individual to join a team as a Help Desk Operator. This is a part time role working
Operator 1
Saturday 07.00 - 15.00 - 8 hours with 30 mins lunch
Sunday 07.00-15.00 - 8 hours with 30 mins lunch
Position -Help Desk Operator
Salary-£22,308 per annum (pro rota)

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Be able to process all incoming telephone traffic by following clients procedures in accordance with Client instructions
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
- Log all interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of problems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of IT systems and software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
