Quality Control Lead – Greater Manchester
Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a highly self-motivated and driven Quality Control Lead for a Kitchen & Bedroom manufacturer based in Greater Manchester.
Our client has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Quality Control Lead within the business as it continues to expand. Our client’s plans are to be ready for further growth and this role will be a key driver in delivering the Quality Control aspect of the operation of this business growth.
Our client is a growing and major player within the Kitchen and Bedroom manufacturing industry in the North West. This is a strong and real opportunity to be a key contributor to improving quality performance within the business.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, DOE
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 16:30 ( No Weekends )
Key duties:
· Delivering best practice in all aspects of Quality Control management within the operation
· Introducing robust QC systems and QC training within the operation and to its operatives
· Being responsible for continual improvement of QC and performance within the operation
· Implementing systems and processes that provide a smarter way of working
· Delivering relevant KPI’s associated with QC in the operational area
· Providing support to the Purchasing Team on checking quality of inbound product
