Architectural Technician – High Wycombe | £30,000-£35,000
Are you an Architectural Technician interested in working on developer-led residential projects?
Want to work ’close-to-the-action’ and gain first-hand experience of projects at different stages?
We have an opportunity for an Architectural Technician in High Wycombe to join a small architecture and planning team. You’ll be working closely with the architectural Director on residential projects of varying sizes.
You’ll get involved with everything from small development of a couple of units, up to much larger developments for leading residential developers.
What’s needed for this Architectural Technician role?
*Experience working as an Architectural Technician on residential projects is beneficial.
*Previous experience producing planning and technical drawings.
*Experience working with AutoCAD.
*You’ll need to live locally to High Wycombe.
What progression is available for the Architectural Technician?
You’ll be working with a small but growing team with big ambitions to build the team and develop the business. This means you’ll have room to grow with the company and take on responsibility. Working closely with the experienced Architecture Director, you’ll have direct one-on-one support to improve your skills.
The salary offered will depend on experience, but you can expect to achieve £30,000-£35,000. You’ll also enjoy a flexible approach to work.
