Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Benefits
*£27,000 basic starting salary plus commission

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties:
*Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
*Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors & buyers
*Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
*Following office procedures & policies
*Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
*Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
*Registering applicants and attending viewings
*All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
*Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
*Ad hoc valuations
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed:
*Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential, with a minimum of 18 months experience
*You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
*You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
*Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
*You will be well spoken and well presented
*You will be target driven and ambitious
*You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
