Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced and qualified Reception Teacher for a dynamic and inclusive three-form entry primary academy located in Slough. This school, part of a well-resourced academy trust, provides a supportive and collaborative teaching environment with access to extensive facilities.
Role Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for Reception students following EYFS standards
*Establish a positive and structured environment to support early learning and development
*Collaborate effectively with the Classroom TA to enhance learning outcomes
*Differentiate materials to meet the diverse needs of young learners
*Participate in weekly staff meetings and contribute to the teaching team
Candidate Requirements:
*UK-recognized Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Legal right to work in the UK
*Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development
*A positive, proactive approach to teaching and learning
*Full-time availability for a long-term role starting in November 2024 or January 2025
