Venn Group have been approached by a Support Organisation and would like to introduce the following positions available
Homeless Support Worker Vacancies waiting to be filled
Position: Support Worker
Location: Chester
Rate: £15.00 p /hour (Umbrella rate) Depending on experience
Length: End Dec
Hours: 20 - 30 hours p/week (mix of days and/or nights) weekends included
The role will predominantly involve:
*Engaging with customers who are placed at the centre who are exiting sleeping rough
*Completing Health and Safety checks and crisis management
*Working within the safeguarding protocols, working proactively by supporting and responding to issues relating to safeguarding vulnerable adults
*Completing robust triage to determine customer level of need and signposting to support services required
*Undertaking needs and risk assessments and co-creating support plans with the customer with an emphasis on achieving positive outcomes
*No caseload management
