Regulatory Lawyer, 3-5 years PQE, London/Hybrid, £55,000 - £65,000 per annum. This role is open to experienced solicitors, barristers, and legal executives with 3 to 5 years of experience. THE ROLE:
In this role, you will join the organisation’s Fitness to Practice department, managing cases from initiation through to completion for the Investigating Committee. You will oversee the progression of Fitness to Practice investigations, including cases referred for final hearings. Your responsibilities will include ensuring thorough investigations, gathering witness statements, and compiling essential evidence to support each case.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are now open to qualified solicitors, barristers, or legal executives with a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in conducting investigations, gathering evidence, making sound, evidence based decisions, and preparing cases for hearings. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
