Role & Responsibilities
*Prepare and send out estimates
*Assist customers with queries and follow-ups
*Process orders, schedule installations, and book maintenance visits
*Manage phone enquiries, email routine maintenance reminders, and schedule surveys
*Order equipment and office supplies as needed
*Maintain a tidy, welcoming office space and greet clients warmly
*Support all departments with various ad hoc duties
About You
*Background in a service industry is a plus
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking abilities
*Strong team player
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Ability to reliably commute to Sevenoaks
